Q: When will I receive my purchase in-game?

Most purchases are processed and delivered automatically within 5 to 15 minutes. Please make sure you are logged into the server (donersmp.top) to receive your items!

Q: What payment methods do you support?

Through our Tebex checkout, we support a wide range of safe payment options, including PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, Paysafecard, Google Pay, and other localized methods depending on your country.

Q: I entered the wrong Minecraft username. What should I do?

If you made a mistake and entered the wrong username, do not log in. Open a billing support ticket on our Discord server (discord.gg/vFZsAWQUTZ) immediately with your transaction receipt, and our team will transfer it for you.

Q: Can I get a refund?

No. All transactions on our store are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or opening disputes will result in a permanent ban from the Minecraft server and store network.

Q: I didn't receive my package! Where do I get support?

First, please wait up to 20 minutes and verify that your inventory isn't full. If your items still haven't arrived, join our Discord (discord.gg/vFZsAWQUTZ), navigate to support, and open a ticket. Make sure to have your Tebex transaction ID ready!
